Sugargoo FAQ.
Clear answers for each stage of your order, with official sources for platform rules and honest limits for this independent catalog.
Getting started
What does Sugargoo do?
Sugargoo is a shopping agent: it helps purchase eligible goods from Chinese sellers, receives them at its warehouse, and arranges international shipping after you submit a parcel. The seller, warehouse and international carrier are different stages, so a purchase confirmation is not an overseas dispatch confirmation.
Is this the official Sugargoo website?
No. SugargooTab is an independent discovery and guide site. Products and reference images are read from the CNBUYCHA catalog. Account access, payment, personal warehouse QC, parcel submission and customer service take place on the official Sugargoo platform. Some purchase links are affiliate links.
About this independent catalogShould I check size and color again before paying?
Yes. Confirm the exact variant, size, color and quantity on the current order screen. A catalog title or cover image can represent several choices, while the displayed starting price may belong to a different option. Add clear requirements before placing the order.
Which kind of product link should I use?
Use the original item page for a supported marketplace, rather than a shop homepage, search result or incomplete sharing code. Check that the loaded title, seller and options match the intended item. This directory currently provides verified Weidian-to-Sugargoo purchase links; it is not a universal link-conversion tool.
What can I do when a product link does not load?
Payments & costs
Does the first payment include international delivery?
Usually no. The initial stage pays for the goods and applicable domestic delivery to the warehouse. International freight is paid later when you submit the stored goods as a parcel. Selected services and payment-related charges may also apply, so keep a separate shipping budget.
Which payment methods are available?
Use the methods actually displayed for your account at checkout. Official guidance discusses cards, wallets, regional options and account balance, but availability and charges can differ. Do not assume a method mentioned in an older guide is available in your country today.
Why might the amount charged by my bank differ?
The directory displays an estimated item price in USD; that is not a guaranteed settled debit. Checkout conversion, your payment currency, and bank or provider fees can affect the final amount. Compare the currency and total before authorizing the payment and keep the receipt.
Does free purchasing service mean there are no other costs?
No. The official Taobao guidance describes free standard purchasing service, but goods, domestic freight, international freight and optional services still have costs. Payment or exchange-rate charges may also apply. Compare the complete checkout breakdown rather than treating a service-fee claim as a delivered-price quote.
Why does a coupon not apply to my payment?
Read the coupon terms in your account: expiry, minimum spend, eligible charge, route, new-user conditions and whether discounts can combine all matter. A promotional amount on an older page is not a permanent entitlement. Confirm that the discount appears in the final payable total.
Photos & QC
When can I inspect my own warehouse QC photos?
How many standard QC photos are included?
Official guidance describes five basic product photos for ordinary purchasing orders. Forwarded goods, sealed packages and other order types can have different inspection conditions. Check the service attached to your order; a specific close-up or measurement may require an additional paid request.
Do QC photos prove authenticity or electronic function?
No. The official inspection scope does not guarantee brand authentication or ordinary electronics functionality testing. Photos help check visible condition and agreement with the ordered style, size, color and quantity. They cannot establish hidden durability, material composition or everything a device does.
Will Sugargoo open factory-sealed packaging?
The normal inspection of sealed goods focuses on the exterior, so do not expect pictures of the contents automatically. Official guidance also allows opening when sensitive or prohibited contents are suspected. Confirm any special inspection requirement before ordering a product whose seal matters to you.
Can I request a close-up or measurement?
Additional photography and other services may be available for a charge. Describe the exact angle, label or measurement you need and confirm the service scope. A request such as a flat chest-width measurement is more useful than asking staff to check everything again.
What should I do if a QC photo is unclear?
Send the order reference and identify the unclear image through official support. The QC guide describes retaking unclear included photos without a charge; a new angle or new measurement may instead be an additional service. Explain whether you need a retake or information that was never photographed.
Are the photos on this site my Sugargoo QC photos?
No. They are product reference images supplied by the CNBUYCHA catalog. Their provenance has not been established as the warehouse inspection of your personal order. Use your official Sugargoo account for order-specific QC before making a keep, return or shipping decision.
About this independent catalogWarehouse & storage
Is free warehouse storage always 100 days?
Do not assume one duration for every item. Sugargoo’s official homepage and dedicated storage article publish different figures, and purchase and forwarding orders can differ. Check the remaining storage time shown for each item in Packing Center and ask support if the date is unclear.
What should I do before an item reaches its storage deadline?
Arrange shipment or an available extension before the deadline shown for that item. Verify that any extension has actually changed the recorded expiry. The official guide warns about disposal of expired, unextended goods; do not treat a pending support message as a confirmed extension.
Can I combine several orders into one parcel?
Sugargoo describes selecting eligible stored items in Packing Center and submitting them together. Confirm the contents, address, packaging and route before paying freight. A combined parcel is not always cheaper: dimensions, weight, product compatibility and route limits can make split shipping worth comparing.
Shipping & tracking
What information does the shipping estimator need?
Enter the destination and region, product category and weight using the units requested by the tool. Add parcel dimensions when available, especially for bulky goods. Review the returned route’s charging rule and restrictions; an estimate based on guessed weight is a planning figure, not the final bill.
How does volumetric weight affect shipping?
Some routes consider parcel size as well as scale weight. Dimensions are converted using the divisor specified by that route, and its rounding and billing rules also matter. Do not apply one divisor to every service or assume the sum of item weights equals the packed parcel’s chargeable weight.
What is rehearsal shipping used for?
Rehearsal is a pre-shipment packing service that provides more useful packed weight and dimensions for the selected goods and packaging. Check its current charge before confirming. It can reduce uncertainty when comparing routes, but does not guarantee cheaper shipping or a delivery date.
Can batteries, liquids or other sensitive goods use any route?
No. Sensitive products need compatible handling and an eligible route, while prohibited goods cannot simply be relabeled or sent as an ordinary item. Confirm the product’s characteristics, destination and current service restrictions before purchasing; a visible catalog listing does not establish shipping eligibility.
Why might tracking stop updating?
Carrier handovers, document checks, customs processing and delayed scans can create gaps. Identify whether you are viewing the seller’s domestic shipment or your international parcel, then check the exact last event. Ask official support about unresolved exceptions; no scan by itself proves either delivery or loss.
Does shipping insurance cover every problem?
No. Coverage depends on the route and current policy, with exclusions. The detailed official guide excludes product damage, so do not assume all-risk protection. Read what is covered, the insured amount, required evidence and reporting deadlines before dispatch; keep the policy and parcel records.
Returns & refunds
Can I cancel an order after paying?
The next step depends on the order stage. An unpaid order can be canceled in the account; after purchase or seller dispatch, refund or after-sales handling may require seller coordination. Contact Sugargoo through the order promptly rather than assuming cancellation is an instant reversal at every stage.
How soon should I request a return after warehouse arrival?
Act promptly. The official guide describes requests within five days of warehousing for eligible goods, subject to seller support and intact goods, packaging and tags. This is not an unconditional approval promise. Check your order’s current eligibility and deadline before authorizing a return or further packing.
Who pays the cost of sending an item back to the seller?
It depends on the reason and approved arrangement. Buyer-preference returns can leave you paying domestic return freight and other unrecoverable charges; seller-fault cases can be handled differently. Request the proposed refund and deductions before confirming. Customized, opened or otherwise excluded goods may not qualify.
Is a refund to Sugargoo balance the same as money back at my bank?
No. The official return guide describes approved refunds reaching the Sugargoo account balance. An available withdrawal to a payment method is a separate step with its own processing. Track the approved amount, balance credit and eventual provider settlement separately instead of treating a request as completed payment.
